How Tribal came about:

In the spring of 2016, the Marlton Chiefs U9 Orange boys lacrosse team assembled in March and came to practice three nights a week ready to get better.  The team primarily consists of players in the 2025 graduating year and started to grow together the year before playing in their first high level Tournaments and learned what playing the game was about.  Understanding that summer tournament level of play, the team was prepared to take the next step.  Those next steps led the 2025 team to an undefeated South Jersey Youth Lacrosse league season and awarded them the opportunity to play up a level in U11A bracket in the end of season SJYL Tournament.   This opportunity allowed the team to play against older & more skilled players giving them more experience, confidence, and understanding what it takes to play the game at a higher level when your not the biggest or most athletic players on the field.

Evolution to the Summer Club Lacrosse Tournament Team:

The 2016 SJYL season was a springboard for the 2025 team to playing in the Laxapooloza Mid-Atlantic Tournament in Bethlehem, PA in the U9 division.  They took on a tough tournament schedule head on and won all 5 games (all on Saturday) to be crowned Tournament Champions.  An opportunity to keep riding the wave of a successful season, the coaches started to see if there was interest in playing in more summer lacrosse tournaments.  There was enough interest to play in additional tournaments but the team needed to pick up a few additional players.  The Medford U9 team had 6 families who were also looking to join our team play 2 more summer lacrosse tournaments.  The team came together quickly practicing two nights a week for an additional 4 weeks and playing in the NXT Philly SHowdown Torunament ( semi finalist - 1st loss against a u9 team for Marlton players) and the Tri-State National Tournament resulting in team winning the Championship!

Why we need Tribal Lacrosse Club:

All of this came together quickly as we looked at the boys lacrosse landscape, we felt a hole existed in Burlington County lacrosse that Tribal Lacrosse Club can fill.  We are looking to bring the same passion for the game across multiple age groups, at a cost that provides more value than other competing club programs ( offering more opportunities for our players to become better players at the same low cost)

Tribal Lacrosse Club of South Jersey where our focus is players having fun, players getting better physically and mentally, and offering these opportunities in our back yard of Burlington County.  At Tribal we are about HONOR. PASSION. and DEDICATION.
